I’m Hiresh, a software testing professional based out of Pune, India.
I have been mostly working on software testing for Web, Data Analytics, APIs, Mobile. I generally feel that having a system design understanding and ability to understand code helps in effectively identifying gaps between user expectations and the software behaviour. Tester's may not be great at coding but having a good understanding helps in thoughtful discussions with the Architects, Dev Leads and Product Owners to enhance the backlog to effectively.
